Escape to the wild and beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast with me at @cwmconnellcoastalcottages in September 2025.

Stay in one of six super comfortable cottages, with both twin and kingsize rooms available. The retreat will include a variety of yoga practices, creative workshops, guided walks and wild swimming. There will be plenty of free time for exploring the local area, relaxing in the sauna and hot tub, or curling up in front of the fire with a book. All meals and snacks are provided.
